Hello blaruefit family! Today's post is one that was requested by one of my followers and I am so excited to be sharing it with you. I like getting topic requests because chances are it will be a topic that many of you may have questions about or find interesting. Let's be honest as much joy as I get writing for me, I really want to put content out that is helpful for all of you on your lifestyle journeys. ;) With that being's post is a healthy grocery shopping list and some of my easiest goto food combos for each meal of the day! We all know that eating a clean healthy diet is SO important no matter your fitness goals. However, when you go a walkin' up in the grocery store it is so easy to get distracted by all of the "not so good" foods for you (aka bakery muffins, enticing snacks, and lets not forget the  ice cream isle). If you go into the store with a plan it is a lot easier to stay on track and get what you need rather than what you are craving at the moment. Even though I may let a cookie slide here and there...balance people! So without further ado...

  1. Boneless chicken breast
  2. Lean ground turkey
  3. Turkey bacon
  4. Liquid egg whites
  5. Ezekiel bread
  6. Sweet potatoes
  7. Brown Rice
  8. Blueberries
  9. Almonds
  10. Avocado
  11. Tomatoes
  12. Asparagus
  13. Onion
  14. Mushroom
  15. Salsa

BREAKFAST: scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon, Ezekiel toast, sliced avocado, topped with salsa

LUNCH: chicken breast, brown rice, sautéed tomato and onion

DINNER: turkey burger, sweet potato, baked asparagus and mushroom

SNACK: almonds and blueberries
