Hello there blaruefit fam! I hope your week is off to a great positive and productive start. I know one of my goals this week is really dedicating my time to the things that bring my joy...and writing this post is definitely one of them!

Is anyone else guilty of signing up for an endless amount of emails and blogs that you have every intention of reading and then end up just skipping over and moving them to your trash folder? I am the worst when it comes to this. I always see websites and blogs that I find interesting and then never actually read the content. So...I was thinking how can I cut out all of the nonsense and actually read the articles I find most important, wouldn't that be nice? Well...I am here to make your reading a little more carefree and effective. I have decided to do a post weekly highlighting some of my favorite articles that I see from my top sites and blogs that I follow. These articles could be anything under the sun (I have lots of interests), but none the less they are the posts I think are interesting and definitely worth the read while enjoying your morning coffee.

This may be an older article but the concept of how important your morning routine is on setting the tone for your entire day still holds so true. I personally am NOT a morning person, so for me making the morning time stress free and enjoyable is so important and really helps me get my day off to a good start (and I tend to be overall more productive). The 7 habits are all things that are great to try to incorporate into your morning. My advice would be each day if you can get 3 out of the 7 you are off to a great start!

HELLO I needed to read this! Maybe it is because right now I am definitely a ballin' on a budget chick, but this article was definitely a huge reminder for me on what success actually is. There are so many ways to measure success in your life, it is not ALL about the bank account.

I can personally say I suggest a handful of foods on this list to all of my clients because they are great for digestion and nutrition (which helps achieve that flat tummy we are all searching for)! Some of my favorites on this list are berries, ginger, and fermented veggies.

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte - Healthy Alternative

  Hello blaruefit family!

I think it is safe to say that it is officially pumpkin season! My entire house is already decorated for fall and decked out with all sorts of pumpkin flavored treats. Fall is my favorite time of the year and pumpkin is my favorite flavor. So yes, you can categorize me as one of those crazy girls who is pumpkin obsessed...I am totally cool with that.

On September 1st Starbucks brought back the PSL (pumpkin spice latte) for the season. There were customers inline before the stores even opened to get their PSL fix, CRAZY! However, I will be honest I did grace Starbucks with my presence on the 1st to get my first PSL of the season too, but I at least waited until lunch. ;)

Being a health conscious individual I knew that the original PSL is packed with fat and LOADED with sugar. So, I decided to create my own version of the PSL that is a little bit more healthy and won't leave you feeling guilty or like you just put your healthy diet to shame. I personally like iced coffee so I ordered my healthy latte iced. I will also give all of you hot coffee drinkers and option as well.
